What changes in oven-style air fry mode

How it varies by air fryer

Basket size and dumpling size can shift the time by 1–3 minutes. Thick Korean mandu usually need the full time; small gyoza may be done a minute or two early.

Tips

  • Even a light coat of oil makes the skins much crispier.
  • Leave gaps between dumplings. Where they touch, they stay pale and soft.

Troubleshooting

  • Burnt outside, cold inside: the heat is too high for your model. Drop to 325°F (160°C) and add 2–3 minutes.
  • Pale and dry: no oil, or not enough time.
